Brittany Dube

Bio

Joining the company full-time in 2009, I worked closely under the leadership of the company’s founder Tom Dube, my father, and developed a deep understanding of the hands-on leadership and strategic planning needed to drive efficiency on a jobsite – delivering quality, precision and excellence to each project. That mentorship also shaped my dedication to our customers, always bringing
them a positive experience from start to finish and an exceptional end result on time. Since then I have played a key role in driving operational processes and innovations within the company. I oversee all project schedules, resource planning, and quality expectations. As a liaison between departments, I ensure seamless communication, team coordination, and detail alignment across
every phase of work. In addition to operations, I stay ahead of industry trends and changes, researching new products, keeping the company competitive and current in a fast-evolving field. I have a true passion for the work that I do, the people I work with and the product our team delivers to each client.

When I am not working on completing your project, my husband and I are chasing around our three young children, black lab and chickens, enjoying the NH outdoor activities all year round!

Eric Dube

Bio

I am a dedicated business leader with a strong foundation in business management, holding a degree from the University of New Hampshire. I began my career with Dube Plus as part of the excavation crew. Quickly advancing, I then worked closely with the company’s CFO, General Manager and Owner – each a pivotal mentor in shaping my expertise in business operations and leadership. Today, I play a dynamic role at Dube Plus, wearing many hats while prioritizing exceptional service for our valued customers and fostering a merit-based, supportive environment for our outstanding team.

Outside of work, I enjoy lake activities, playing pickleball,
spending quality time with friends, and loving my nieces and nephew.

Steve Okun

Bio

I attended college in Potsdam, NY where I obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in business. I also have a MBA in Business from the University of Southern NH. I have been in the Residential Construction Industry for over 35 years and have been a member of the Dube Team for over 23 years. I truly enjoy learning about what a customer’s needs, wants, and what their dreams for
construction are, and then creating a plan to enact the dream. I believe that a trusting relationship is a lasting relationship and works with every client starting with the first interaction to earn their confidence and trust. I take extreme pride in ensuring that our customers feel comfortable and confident throughout their experience with Dube Plus Construction.

Mark Warren

Senior Project Manager

Bio

I was a framer for 22 years before I came over to Dube Plus in 2007 as a lead carpenter. It has always been my passion to build and create structures for my clients that they will love for years to come. I have a total of 40 years in the industry and continue to grow and
learn new ways to build. At Dube I now manage each of our projects, from new homes to remodels, additions and our insurance restoration re-builds, making sure that each project is run with a high level of attention to detail, the customers input and is completed on time in an efficient manner never sacrificing quality.

When I am not at work, I am working out, hunting or golfing and I have recently started playing pickle ball.

Matt Manning

Excavation Manager

Bio

I operate and manage our Excavation division, Dirt Pro Excavation. From road installs and infrastructure to our house lots and other land manipulation, I can envision what the raw land will become and what it is that my team will need to do to accomplish the end goal, a skill I learned from Tom Dube, my uncle, who hired me right out of college in 2007. Since then I have enjoyed learning the dirt world, operating heavy machinery and working on countless projects, bringing visions to life with dirt and rocks.

On the weekends I spend time adventuring with my two daughters and wife camping around NH and chasing the snow on a snowmobile.

Katia Samuelson

Estimator and Sales Representative

Bio

I am an estimator and sales representative at Dube Plus and will be one of the first team members you interact with as a new client. I bring both passion and precision to every project, working closely with our clients to help shape their custom home or remodeling vision—ensuring the design reflects their goals while staying on budget. Whether it’s a dream kitchen, a full home renovation, or building from the ground up, I enjoy turning ideas into plans that make sense both creatively and financially. Our team also offers expertise in the field of insurance restoration and are proud to offer a helping hand to clients when they need it most.

Outside of work, I am a proud parent to a lively 3-year-old, with another little one on the way. When I am not meeting with clients or reviewing plans, you’ll likely find me at home spending quality time with my growing family.

Jill McNeil

Selections Coordinator

Bio

Hi, I am Jill, the Selections Coordinator at Dube Plus where I get to help clients bring their dream homes and spaces to life. I work with homeowners and our vendors to pick out everything from flooring and countertops to lighting and paint colors — making sure it all comes together beautifully and stays on track with the building timeline and with your budget.

I love being part of the creative process and making, what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming experience, fun and easy for our clients. It’s all about the details and finding the perfect balance between style, functionality, and budget.

When I’m not sorting through tile samples or mood boards, you’ll probably find me spending time traveling with my family, hitting the gym or out shopping! My most recent trips to Alaska and Costa Rica were incredible memories.

Hi, I’m Holly! At Dube Plus Construction, I keep the people happy and the numbers in line. Whether it’s onboarding new crew  members, managing benefits, organizing payroll, or tracking expenses, I help to make it all work behind the scenes so our crew can build with ease. I’m proud to be part of a locally owned company that’s building up the same communities I’ve grown up around.

Fun Fact about me, when I’m off the clock, you’ll likely find me on a field cheering for my kids, tending to a growing plant collection, or checking in on our new flock of baby chickens. Life at home is full—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
