Our Process

1. Consultation:  Our process begins with a consultation where we set up a call to listen to your ideas, needs, and budget. We will then visit the lot or the existing home that needs to be demolished, or we can meet at our office to discuss plans and inspirations.
2. Design:  Next, we move on to the design phase, working diligently to create the perfect home tailored specifically for you.
3. Estimate:  Once the house plan is finalized, we will provide an estimate that includes the total project cost, excavation details, a comprehensive scope of work, and a contract.
4. Construction: During the construction phase, we will manage the entire project from obtaining permits to completion, ensuring you receive constant updates and conducting site meetings while guiding you through each step of the process and assisting you with decision-making.
5. Final Walkthrough: Finally, we will do a walkthrough to ensure your dream home is complete and hand you your two-year warranty certificate, as we stand behind the work we do!
