From the day he graduated High School, Tom has worked in construction. He began his career with a large home builder and learned all aspects of construction from excavation to project management working on a 400 unit condominium development. While on the job, Tom took courses in construction management and in 1989 opened his own business. In the 25 years since, Tom has grown Dube Plus into one of NH's premier residential and commercial construction firms, with four major divisions, New Homes, Excavation, Remodeling and Insurance Restoration. He is a hands on manager and is always available to discuss your project.

David Manning has a Bachelors of Science from Southern New Hampshire University in Business Studies with a concentration in Business Administration. He began his career working at large high tech companies with various leadership roles in operations and manufacturing. In his position at Dube Plus, he values being able to provide a product that tangibly affects peoples lives. He finds great satisfaction working directly with customers first hand as opposed to former role where in the corporate world where he was insulated from the customer. Steve attended college in Potsdam, NY where he obtained his bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in business. He also has an MBA in Business from the University of Southern NH. Steve has an extensive background in the building business. As a project manager for Homebuilder in Syracuse, NY, he worked for 8 years building new homes, condos, townhouses and government housing complexes. While working for the Building Master Group (a remodeling and restoration company) in Rochester, NY, Steve worked as an estimator, project manager and a general manager specializing in fire restoration and water damage. Steve understands the importance of working with a reliable, trustworthy and reputable contractor. Steve says, “I love to enact dreams because if it is construction we can do it.”
Jack Mangini, Project Coordinator

Jack has a degree in electronics from Wentworth and he has taken additional courses in project and resource management. Jack spent 21 years in the semiconductor business. Fifteen of these years were spent as a manager overseeing projects and people. Jack enjoys working with customers on remodeling projects both large and small. He enjoys working with customers and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
Jack likes to ski, golf and play tennis in his spare time. Tuesday nights in the summer Jack can be found at the Atkinson Country Club playing golf in a “construction professional related” golf league.” Jack Mangini, resides in Atkinson, NH with his wife Patti and son John, a student at University of New Hampshire. Active members of the community, Jack and his family can often be found volunteering at town events.

“Wanted to add a second story to my home, and Dube Plus made that dream a reality. Heidi was patient with my choices, and able to locate the unique products I wanted. Steve & Jack handled the major design ideas of the project, and were able to implement my request for a great room for the 2nd floor, the glass blocks behind my stove, and many other things that makes my home unique to me.
Then finished ontime, came in on budget, were available 24/7, even when the roof started leaking like sieve during a severe week of thunderstorms, despite having used more than sufficient tarps following removal of the roof.
When my town insisted on adding a sprinkler system to an existing home, which would have created unreasonable costs; Dube came up with alternative solutions (cement siding) to appease the town, and create a safe, beautiful home.
